Script Content

Writers upload scripts that are processed for feasibility analysis. We store script files securely and generate cryptographic hashes. Script content is only accessible to authorized viewers through our protected viewing system.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, scripts viewed, searches performed, and deal activity. This data helps us improve matching and recommendations.

Access Logs

We maintain detailed logs of script access events, including viewer identity, timestamps, and session duration. These logs are part of our IP protection infrastructure and are visible to script owners.

  • Providing and improving Platform services
  • Generating feasibility profiles through AI analysis
  • Matching scripts to producer demand
  • Processing payments and managing subscriptions
  • Maintaining IP protection records (hashes, access logs, watermarks)
  • Communicating service updates and notifications
  • Preventing fraud and ensuring Platform security

3. AI Processing

Script content is processed by our AI systems to generate feasibility profiles (budget band, locations, cast size, risk score). This processing is essential to the Platform's core service. AI-generated data is associated with your script and visible to authorized viewers.

We do not use your script content to train general-purpose AI models. Processing is limited to generating feasibility intelligence for your specific work.

4. Data Sharing

We share your information only in these circumstances:

  • With Authorized Viewers: Producers who accept NDA terms can view watermarked versions of scripts through the protected viewer.
  • Feasibility Data: Aggregated feasibility profile data is visible to producers browsing the Platform. Full script content is NDA-gated.
  • Service Providers: We work with trusted providers for payment processing (Stripe), hosting (Vercel, Supabase), and analytics.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal proceedings.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, Row Level Security (RLS) in our database, signed URLs for document access, and comprehensive access logging. Script content is stored in encrypted storage with access controlled through our permission system.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Script hashes and timestamps are retained indefinitely as part of the IP protection record. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us, though immutable protection records will be preserved.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to IP protection records)
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of non-essential communications
